Tim Burkhart, a seasoned leader in golf and hospitality, currently serves as the General Manager of Racine’s golf gems: Johnson Park, Washington Park, and Shoop Park Golf Courses. With a diverse background managing facilities across the US, Tim’s passion for the sport and commitment to exceptional hospitality shine through, elevating the standards of these venues. His proven track record as General Manager underscores his dedication and lasting impact on the golfing community in Racine and beyond.

Director of Golf – Tyler Kamakian
Tyler was born and raised in Racine, WI. He started playing golf as soon as he could pick up a club. He has been a part of Johnson Park Golf Club, on and off, since he was 14 years old. In 2017, Tyler rejoined Johnson Park to pursue the business side of the sport. He began working in the ProShop and then became Course Manager for our two sister courses, Washington and Shoop Golf Course. Aside from working, Tyler loves cooking, going to sporting events, and trying out new restaurants- especially ones that serve seafood!

Head Course Superintendent – Jeremy Dahl
Jeremy currently lives in Kenosha, but began his career working as a member of the grounds crew at Riverside Golf Course in his hometown of Janesville, Wisconsin. As an avid golfer with a love of the outdoors, the turf management profession became a perfect fit for him. After working as the Assistant Superintendent at both Riverside and Blackhawk Golf Courses in Janesville, Jeremy was offered the opportunity to be part of the team constructing and growing in the courseThe Club at Strawberry Creek, in Kenosha. It was here that Jeremy saw the golf course go from soil to turf while helping to build an elite golf course from raw, flat land. As the First Assistant Superintendent of Strawberry Creek for 12 years, he helped produce some of the best playing conditions in the Midwest and helped turn The Club at Strawberry Creek into one of the premier private clubs in the state. Jeremy is working tirelessly to bring this knowledge and expertise to all of the City of Racine golf courses and it shows. When not at work, Jeremy enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, and playing golf.

Food and Beverage Manager – Hope Parker
She is a mother of five and a proud grandmother to four granddaughters, born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin. With 12 years of experience as a stay-at-home mom and licensed foster care provider, she transitioned to becoming a Chef in 2016 after over 20 years in healthcare. Currently serving as the Food & Beverage Manager at Johnson Park Golf Course, her diverse interests include golf, tennis, volleyball, bowling, and competing in dart tournaments with her youngest son. Party planning, catering, and baking hold a special place as her true passions.
